What we do on the floor

From a single piece off a sketch to batches of several hundred. Send a drawing, a 3D model or a sample — you get back a finished, inspected part.

OP 10

CNC turning

Ø 20–800 mmLength up to 3 m

Turning is our oldest line of work and still the largest share of our volume. We machine rotational parts from single pieces to batches, with centring, grooves, threads and tapers per drawing. Long shafts are machined between centres with runout under control.

  • Shafts, axles and lead screws
  • Bushings, rings, flanges and covers
  • Connecting rods and hydraulic components
OP 20

CNC milling & drilling

Tolerances per drawing3D CAD/CAM

Milling covers prismatic parts and everything a lathe cannot do — housings, brackets, plates and assemblies with several machined faces. We program from your 3D model, or model it ourselves from a 2D drawing.

  • Bearing and gearbox housings
  • Plates, brackets and fixtures
  • Keyways, threads and hole patterns
OP 30

Part & equipment reconditioning

Measuring & samplingReverse engineering

Reconditioning is often faster and cheaper than buying new, especially for imported equipment. We measure the part, assess the wear, hardface it and bring it back to working dimensions. With no original drawing, we measure the part and make a replacement.

  • Hardfacing and machining to size
  • Replacement parts from a sample
  • Repair of seats, journals and bores
OP 40

Welding & fabrication

MIG / MAG / TIGStructures

We weld both as a standalone service and as a stage in building an assembly. Structures are made to drawing or to a specified load, with edge preparation, distortion control and post-weld machining of mating faces.

  • Welded housings and bases
  • Tanks, chutes and hoppers
  • Crack repair on existing equipment
OP 50

Heat treatment and grinding

Hardness and wearFine tolerances

Hardening and case hardening raise hardness and wear resistance where the part works under load — gears, shafts, bushings, guides and seats. The cycle is chosen to suit the material and the hardness the drawing calls for. After heat treatment the part goes to grinding, because only grinding reaches the fine tolerances and surface finish a lathe or a mill cannot give. Part of the capacity is in house, part through partners we have used for years — you deal with one contact and one deadline.

  • Hardness and wear resistance on loaded parts
  • Grinding to fine tolerances and finish

Assemblies & machines

AssemblyTesting

When more than a single part is needed, we build the whole assembly — from material and standard components, through machining, to assembly and test running. Delivered ready to install.

  • Conveyors and screw feeders
  • Mixers and gearbox assemblies
  • Mill and crusher components
OP 70

Gears, gearboxes and couplings

Spur & helicalRims & pinions

We cut cylindrical gears with spur and helical teeth, bevel pairs, large-diameter gear rims, drive pinions and sprockets — to your drawing, or by measuring the existing gear when there is no documentation. We also build and overhaul complete gearboxes: machining the housing and bearing seats, replacing the toothing and assembling the unit. The same group covers rigid and flexible couplings and coupling halves. This is the work mills, crushers, conveyors and ropeway drives ask for most — where a single worn gear rim stops the whole line.

Heat treatment and grinding

Hardening and case hardening raise hardness and wear resistance where the part works under load — gears, shafts, bushings, guides and seats. The cycle is chosen to suit the material and the hardness the drawing calls for. After heat treatment the part goes to grinding, because only grinding reaches the fine tolerances and surface finish a lathe or a mill cannot give. Hardening Hardness and wear resistance

Hardening, case hardening and tempering for parts that work under load — gears, shafts, bushings and guides. The cycle suits the material and the hardness the drawing calls for.

Case-hardened gears and guides come out at 55–62 HRC in the case, quenched-and-tempered shafts and axles at 28–34 HRC through section. Hardness is measured and recorded per batch, so the part ships with a reading, not just a statement.

Grinding Fine tolerances and finish

Grinding follows heat treatment, where the drawing asks for tolerances and a surface finish a lathe or a mill cannot give — bearing seats, journals and locating faces.

We grind cylindrical and flat, to IT5–IT6 on size and Ra 0.4–0.8 on finish. The order is not arbitrary: quenching pulls the part out of size, and only grinding takes that distortion off.

Reconditioning of worn parts

Reconditioning is often faster and cheaper than making a part new, especially for large items and for parts with no original documentation. We build the worn area back up by weld overlay, then machine the part to working dimensions — measuring before and after, so that fits and tolerances match the drawing. Where no drawing exists, we measure the existing part and make a replacement. We recondition shafts, bearing housings, gears, wear tracks, and wear parts of crushers and mills. Lead time depends on the scope, and every item goes through dimensional inspection before delivery.
