From enquiry to delivery
The sequence is always the same, whether it is one piece or a batch. That way you know where your job stands at any moment.
Before you send an enquiry, our material weight calculator and the ISO 286 tolerance lookup may help.
Enquiry & documentation
You send a drawing, 3D model, photo or the sample part itself. If there is no documentation, we measure the existing part.
Review & quotation
We check feasibility, choose material and process, then return price and lead time — usually within two working days.
Preparation & programming
Certified material sourcing, CAM programming and tooling, operation plan and inspection points.
Machining & inspection
Machining with in-process dimensional checks. Finishing and, where required, heat or surface treatment.
Delivery
Final inspection, packing and delivery with accompanying documentation. On-site installation by arrangement.
Frequently asked
Describe the part or email us a drawing — we return feasibility, lead time and price. For urgent cases, call us directly.
Yes. There is no minimum quantity — single parts from a drawing, sketch or sample are daily work. The unit price is naturally higher than in a batch.
Bring or send the part itself, or a photo with the main dimensions. We measure the existing part, produce the documentation and make a replacement.
PDF, DWG and DXF for 2D, STEP for 3D models. Photos and sketches are fine too — what matters is that the dimensions are legible.
It depends on scope and material availability. You get a reply with an estimated lead time within two working days, and plant downtime is handled as priority.
Yes, about 20% of our output is exported. Delivery terms and documentation are agreed per enquiry.
By arrangement, yes. For assemblies and larger positions we can come on site and carry out the installation or replacement.
