Quality management system. Defined workflow, inspection points and traceability from ordered material to delivered part.
Inspected, then shipped
We operate under three international standards and check dimensions through every stage of machining. Certificates are available for download.
Environmental management. Controlled handling of coolants, scrap metal and packaging across the whole facility.
Occupational health and safety. Operator training, protective equipment and compliant machine operation on every shift.
Inspection points
Dimensions are not checked only at the end. We verify them at four points, so an error never carries into the next operation.
Incoming inspection
Material, stock dimensions and accompanying documentation checked on receipt.
First article inspection
The first machined piece is measured before the batch is released.
In-process inspection
Critical dimensions checked between operations and after heat treatment.
Final inspection
Full measurement, surface finish check and visual review before packing.
When a project calls for a material certificate, we source the material with the mill certificate and tie the heat number to your specific delivery. If no grade is specified, we propose one based on load, temperature and the environment the part runs in.
